My New Job

Well today is day 4 of my new job and by the end of today I will have worked 41 hrs in 4 days. Wow thats alot.   I am so happy though. On my first day I pulled a 12 hr shift so I was quite tired when I got home, my wonderful fiancée' had made dinner and had it waiting when I came in the door. How great is that. Every night he tells me how proud he is of me. He doesn't even mind when I go to bed early because he understands how tired I am. I am enjoying my job.I am working hard and feel I have purpose once again. I also feel more worthy of God's blessings when I work so hard. Well I am off to an 11 hr shift. New Beginnings

So a couple of my friends suggested I start a blog to help me write my book. Well here it goes. So I titled this post New Beginnings because this is a season of new beginnings. First it is the beginning of 2011. Then I just got a job after 6yrs of not working, I also got my first car. I am also planning a wedding with an amazing man named Daniel. Last year was very hard for me. I was dealing with CPS and with much prayer and thought decided the best decision was to give up my three beautiful children. I miss them every day but God has taken care of them and placed them in a wonderful home together. Shortly after that I had a nervous break down and tried to commit suicide. I went to Shoal Creek where I met Daniel, he also had tried to commit suicide. He was homeless when we met so I offered him my couch and after a few weeks we fell in love. A month later we were engaged. I encouraged him to come to church with me and in November he accepted Christ as his savior. So now we get to journey an amazing life together. I am so happy. I am excited to see what God has planned for me this year.
